Once we understand the mechanisms involved in processes that may not seem initially obvious we can apply greater trust to the process itself. Response muscle testing is central to much of the AMN system. Applied appropriately it allows the practitioner to uncover the location of extremely specific reference points to dysfunction. Isometrics allow us to practice certain positions with low proprioceptive demands. While complexity is low we can really tune into ‘feeling’ the muscle contraction which is a major component of effective rehabilitation. Aim to hold progression 1 for up to 30 seconds before moving on. Build up to a 60 second hold for progression 2, working up to multiple sets of hollow rocks for 30-60 seconds. #calisthenicsmovement #prehab #rehabilitation #coretraining

They act as antioxidants and reduce inflammation. Barefoot contact with the earth allows us to absorb -e from the earth. Meditation organises -e signalling in the brain. Loving contact and support with others releases oxytocin which acts to modulate amygdala activity. This is an electrochemical action. Movement stimulates the piezo electric effect of our tissues, generating electron and proton currents throughout the Extra Cellular Matrix (ECM). It’s common to feel pain and tension on the opposite side of the Sacroiliac joint to the restriction. Feel pain and tension on the Left SIJ, the right may be locked and vice versa. Mobilise for about 60 seconds and if the tension hasn’t improved, emphasise mobilising the side opposite to the discomfort. Weight training is as much for my mental health, a Weight training is as much for my mental health, as it is persisting in a project that has no end point. I love the discipline. The detail that’s required and always having something to work on. It’s only since working with my friend; @mariansramko (IFBB Pro and AMN Practitioner) that I’ve adapted my system and the use of muscle testing to resolve the emotional and other limitations that I had to muscle hypertrophy.. I’m also pleased to say, I suffer no pain from muscle imbalances associated with linear ‘bodybuilding style’ training. My mobility and restorative movement sequences seem to take care of that. Now, I’ll never be slipping on a pair of teeny tiny pants and stepping on stage, but I am changing and trying to take as much muscle and strength into the wrong side of 40 as I can. #longevitytraining #exerciseformentalhealth #muscletesting

That through the combination of touch, movement, attention and muscle testing we can gain access to an underlying intelligence, which not only shows us where a persons dysfunctions exists, but can be stimulated to resolve the problems for you. My morning routine is very simple. I wake up about My morning routine is very simple. I wake up about 90min before my kids usually wake up so I can have some ‘me’ time.

I sit outside and get some morning sun ☀️ and meditate. 

I then have coffee ☕️ and exercise, followed by breakfast with the kids and then off to start my day.
